Rubber Playground Chippings

Made from recycled rubber, our protective rubber chippings are the perfect safety surfacing and are specifically designed to cushion a child's fall. Ideal for use in a domestic setting or a commercial playground. Our rubber chippings are available in a choice of 8 colours and is slightly smaller in chip size than our Rubber Bark.

Because our Rubber Playground Chippings only need to be applied at a depth of 50mm, you will only need half the quantity of traditional playbark, which requires a minimum depth of 100mm. This will give a safe maximum fall height of:
 
On soft bases (e.g soil or sand):  2.8 metres!
On solid surfaces (e.g. concrete, tarmac, paving): 1.8 metres!

The 500kg bag will cover 25 sq metres at a depth of 50mm (2'')

The 250kg bag will cover 12.5 sq metres at a depth of 50mm (2")

The 10kg bag will cover 0.5 sq metres at a depth of 50mm (2")
